”Check in was friendly but not fast. Only one clerk and he was swamped and had to answer calls while trying to check us in and a line behind us. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, food was so so. Beds were too hard, pillows too soft”

The staff were amazing, friendly, and professional. I don’t remember her name. I checked in around 2pm on a Wednesday the staff welcomed me and was very nice”
”The lady at the front desk was very helpful in getting us the 2 rooms that we needed to be in close proximity of each other. She was also very helpful in suggesting paces to eat.
It was very quiet and felt very safe. My only complaint was that we parked by the door that was very close to our room so that we could have easy unloading and loading of our luggage, but our room keys didn't open the door. We noticed that other guests were having the same problem.
