”From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and friendly, after a 3 and half hour journey we had a lovely roast dinner and a beer which went down very well. We were then shown our room which was perfect, and matched the quaint pub, the bed was comfortable. tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, & water readily available, en-suite with shower and t.v. Rooms are dark, low ceilings, out-updated furniture, etc. All in all, the hotel is good enough, though one may not think of it as a spa like experience, especially when considering that this is one of the attractions/ amenities that they are offering & advertising.”

There is very little parking so keep in mind you have to park a few minutes away but can unload in front of hotel. We used the Waterloo lot! It was $10 a day. ”Das Hotel liegt mitten im Grünen und bei der Anfahrt über das Grundstück freut man sich schon auf die typisch britische, alte Hausanlage.
