”An elegantly appointed fairly formal country house in a beautiful rural setting, not far from a tiny small village. The rooms are comfortable and the hosts provide a great breakfast. Access to and from the property from the A roads was interesting to say the least. Single lane “roads” for the 2 miles either side of the property require a fair degree of both caution and concentration. Some parts will barely allow a car to pass. That said, it is worth the trip. Just do it slowly!”

”The property as a whole was in poor condition and was not clean. The food was not very nice. It appeared to be from a food service company, just thawed, cooked and served. It is clear that the premises had not been subjected to a health and safety impact assessment. For example, the showers were in the bath and no non-slip mats were provided. The room was clean, comfortable bed and clean bathroom with all the amenities - great water pressure in the shower!
