”Neil and Rosemarie were excellent, very friendly but professional and nothing was too much. Facilities excellent, rooms excellent. Parking excellent. Looking forward to our next visit. Hotel is so convenient for River Cottage and the lovely Lyme Regis. ”

”Poor Golf Experience. We arrived at 530pm with the hope that we could have a drink at the golf clubhouse, only to be told the bar was closed and the staff were looking to kick out the current guests. Considering golfers were still on course, not what you would expect. The hotel was dated and only seemed to be interested in the health club side, where members were walking in and out of the restaurant area. No real bar, no atmosphere and morale of staff very low due to poor management. We waited...

”Classic old school hotel, presentable but decor from a different era. Very clean. Gardens are stunning. Good location for seafront - about a 5 min walk. Good facilities. Very limited food options, but that might be because we stayed in March. We were very grateful for the room upgrade that we received - they didn't have to do that. ”

”Friendly welcome, we arrived early, safely left car and went for a wander around Lyme Regis. Our room was clean and tidy with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast - we have had better - service was a little slow (only 2 staff and 1 was providing room service) and food was average at best. Swimming pool & jacuzzi were great - you effectively booked for your private pool.”
