”Had a wonderful stay in Athens this weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 as we celebrated our oldest’s graduation from UGA. We had my 82 year old mother with us so we needed space that was quiet and comfortable. It was a busy few days and having such a great “home base” was incredibly helpful. Because of the crowds downtown we ate at home for all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. He had everything we needed. We loved the backyard area - enjoying a cocktail in the evening...

”This was our second time staying at the Lenoir Cottage. It's hard to beat for location, and we appreciate the quirkiness older properties have. Lots of room for everyone to hang out together in the main room, but also very easy for the family to spread out and find their own space when needed. ”

”The property was as described, very cute house, clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and the host was available for questions. Close to UGA campus and downtown. Kitchen well stocked. All amenities we needed. were provided. Would book again.”

”Check-in was a breeze. The house and property could use a deep cleaning practically in the vents. Worked well for our family of five where we could attend baseball tournament in the area and I could still work remotely. Loved all the deer coming to visit us.”

”This was a charming place surprisingly close to grocery stores. The bedrooms were clean, kitchen was great and a lot of the rooms had tvs. The washer and dryer looked new but we never used them. Lots of bathrooms and the fire pit was great. A nice place I’d return to. ”
