”Beautifully designed and modern hotel in great location with good trendy vibe. Hotel staff were very attentive and the Greek poolside food was perfect lunch spot for our staycation. Beautiful interiors and design of the hotel. Will definitely return here.”

”My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW”

”I was very disappointed with my stay and this all comes down to how this place is managed. I only gave it two stars because the rooms were new. I did not have a problem with the reduced opening of reception (7am to 7pm) when booking this hotel, but during my stay I barely saw the receptionists at the reception. There was only a sign to say to call them if needed. This was a huge problem for me, since my international phone plan did not work and it lead to some incidents: -I had to wait in the...

”Big and functional rooms. Good kitchen with all essentials. Short walking distance to Mascot train station, that has frequent and fast connections to CBD and airport. Decent but not great indoor pool on location. Some but overly disturbing noise from departing aircraft. ”

”The staff was extremely helpful!”

”Check if the pool jacuzzi and gym are available before booking, for the price per night - it’s wasn’t good value for money that these core facilities and selling points were closed for maintenance during my 6 night stay. The pool was the main reason I chose this hotel. The rooms are clean but basic and there are much more luxurious hotels in Sydney in this same price point.”

”Excellent! Staff are very customer service oriented! Good job!”

”Perfect place to stay with a, easy walk to the airport if you feel like walking.”

”Huone oli siisti, näkymät loistavat. Majoituimme 20. Kerroksessa. Olimme ensin viikon ja viikon kiertomatkalla ja sitten Palasimme samaan meriton suite hotelliin , koska olimme oikein tyytyväisiä. Huoneen vaihto samaan onnistui joustavasti. Keittiö on toimiva ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Sauna ja uima-allas olivat plussaa.”

”Vessanpöntön säiliö on pieni. Ei huomioitu kolmelle tai neljälle olevalle huoneessa. Wi-Fi on katkaistu uloskirjautumisen edellisenä päivänä. Parkkipaikka on maksuton vain 1 päivän. Kokolattiamatto aiheutti allergia-reaktion. ”

”Clean, great access to city and airport ”
