”Unfortunately the lobby bar and rooftop restaurant were under construction and, although the staff assured me all guests were notified when booking, I don't recall receiving this information. For the price of one night, guests deserve a phone call after booking and email, ensuring people know the status of the hotel while under construction. The footpath & streetside were also being worked on, making it difficult to get taxi/ride-share transport with luggage. I was hoping for a better experience...

”My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW”

”I was very disappointed with my stay and this all comes down to how this place is managed. I only gave it two stars because the rooms were new. I did not have a problem with the reduced opening of reception (7am to 7pm) when booking this hotel, but during my stay I barely saw the receptionists at the reception. There was only a sign to say to call them if needed. This was a huge problem for me, since my international phone plan did not work and it lead to some incidents: -I had to wait in the...

”Room lighting was confusing some lights inoperable. Room size was decent”

”Easy access to the main attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean apartment with full kitchen facilities. The gym is good enough.”

”The location is perfect, beautiful walking route to opera house, Harbour Bridge and ferry quay. I would have given full 5/5 point, but it was very irritating that even we have prepaid “well-priced” breakfast, we couldn’t get both coffee and orange juice, which belong always to our breakfast. We have to choose either coffee OR juice”

”Excellent! Staff are very customer service oriented! Good job!”

”Clean room, friendly personnel, good location.”

”The staff was extremely helpful!”

”The apartment was spacious and well equipped with full kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My family was happy with the stay. Thanks to the team for giving us a big pot for our seafood cooking. One feedback is on the cleaning. The floor and wall in the appartment need a good scrub. I was told house cleaning is every other day but it was done twice for our 8 day stay. Perhaps, a broom in the unit would be helpful as well. Overall, I would book again.”

”Spacious clean room, good location if you eant to stay close to the railway station. Very little of cups and plates but we got more after asking for it. Only minus was the noise from repair eork of elevators that started at 9am on werkdays. No prewarnig”

”max 3 tähteä, ystävällinen henkilökunta mutta huoneet hieman nuhjuiset ja likaiset. ”
