”I was very disappointed with my stay and this all comes down to how this place is managed. I only gave it two stars because the rooms were new. I did not have a problem with the reduced opening of reception (7am to 7pm) when booking this hotel, but during my stay I barely saw the receptionists at the reception. The walls were a bit thin,but as the area was really quiet,there was no trouble at all. No lifts,but as we were located on the ground floor, there was no problem getting to the room with a pushchair. ”

However, the room and particularly the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. To me seems closer to 3 than 4 stars, but still a charming and seemingly popular hotel.”
