”My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel instantly at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a lovely mix of comfort and style.
Location-wise, the hotel is in a great spot — close to train station, Restaurant, The Grounds, Supermarket, etc. Yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep.

”Front desk service was exceptional! "Vernice" the Front Desk Manager went above and beyond to assist us with our stay (looking up transport routes, organising an early check-in and organising a shuttle back to the airport). You just don't get good quality service like this anymore. ”

”Crystalbrook is perfectly situated in Surry Hills. It’s perfect to travel throughout Sydney, with many transport options. But there’s also a great restaurant and bar scene nearby.
The rooms are cleaned and well kept, and the staff is very friendly. Great stay overall!”

The walls were a bit thin,but as the area was really quiet,there was no trouble at all. No lifts,but as we were located on the ground floor, there was no problem getting to the room with a pushchair. ”

”The location is perfect, beautiful walking route to opera house, Harbour Bridge and ferry quay.
I would have given full 5/5 point, but it was very irritating that even we have prepaid “well-priced” breakfast, we couldn’t get both coffee and orange juice, which belong always to our breakfast. We have to choose either coffee OR juice”

I wanted to have a quiet room, and mine was that. Bed was very comfortable.
However, the room and particularly the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade.
To me seems closer to 3 than 4 stars, but still a charming and seemingly popular hotel.”

"Är jätte nöjd med Hotellet,bra position.
Nära tåg och buss,spårvagns förbindelser.
Hotell rummet(1503) var i rent och bra skick och där fanns ett eget litet kök med kylskåp.
Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam.
Finns ingenting att klaga på.
