”I was very disappointed with my stay and this all comes down to how this place is managed. I only gave it two stars because the rooms were new. I did not have a problem with the reduced opening of reception (7am to 7pm) when booking this hotel, but during my stay I barely saw the receptionists at the reception. ”Very fresh room. Sheets and bed amazing. Pillows great. Bath towels not up to standard for a 4 star hotel, very thin and worn. Good tea and coffee facilities. Dizzybird good. Breakfast great but disappointed no decaffeinated tea bags available. Parking seamless and convenient. Customer service the best. ”

”The staff and the owners are just lovely, very warm and welcoming atmosphere!! Nice breakfast, too. I wanted to have a quiet room, and mine was that. Bed was very comfortable. However, the room and particularly the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. To me seems closer to 3 than 4 stars, but still a charming and seemingly popular hotel.”

”The location is perfect, beautiful walking route to opera house, Harbour Bridge and ferry quay. I would have given full 5/5 point, but it was very irritating that even we have prepaid “well-priced” breakfast, we couldn’t get both coffee and orange juice, which belong always to our breakfast.
