”I was very disappointed with my stay and this all comes down to how this place is managed. I only gave it two stars because the rooms were new.
I did not have a problem with the reduced opening of reception (7am to 7pm) when booking this hotel, but during my stay I barely saw the receptionists at the reception. There was only a sign to say to call them if needed. This was a huge problem for me, since my international phone plan did not work and it lead to some incidents:
