”I was very disappointed with my stay and this all comes down to how this place is managed. I only gave it two stars because the rooms were new. ”Such a lovely hotel,it really was as nice as in the pictures. Clean,spacious,friendly staff,excellent location. The walls were a bit thin,but as the area was really quiet,there was no trouble at all. No lifts,but as we were located on the ground floor, there was no problem getting to the room with a pushchair. ”

”The location is perfect, beautiful walking route to opera house, Harbour Bridge and ferry quay. I would have given full 5/5 point, but it was very irritating that even we have prepaid “well-priced” breakfast, we couldn’t get both coffee and orange juice, which belong always to our breakfast. We have to choose either coffee OR juice”

”The staff and the owners are just lovely, very warm and welcoming atmosphere!! Nice breakfast, too. I wanted to have a quiet room, and mine was that. Bed was very comfortable. However, the room and particularly the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. To me seems closer to 3 than 4 stars, but still a charming and seemingly popular hotel.”
