”We were attending a 3 day event on the same block. Staff, Marlene and Gandy were superb and were very accommodating. Unfortunately TV service went down over the entire hotel.”

”I can hear for Geek Fest happening at the Arena! It was convenient as it was right by the Arena (like a 4 minute walk). The staff let me check in even though our room wasn’t ready yet, so we were speedy move in process when we were done with the festivities for the day. Staff is nice and efficient at their job!”

The rooms smelled a bit of tobacco, even though they were non-smoking rooms. Loud banging from upstairs came the whole night.”

”We had 3 adults so one of us was sleeping on sofa. Sofa was not suitable for good sleep! In other hotels nowadays the sofas are almost as good as beds, but here the wires felt very hard. If we had travelled as couple, the room was good, but the smell ... it was bad. Maybe it was because some pet ? a dog? lucky that I am not allergic ... the breakfast was one apple, one muffin and coffee...and I was happy with that. the price/quality ok”

”The pool was cold and the hot tub didnt work while we were there a big part of picking this place as our daughter had surgery in seattle and we wanted her to be able to swim before surgery since she cant for 6 weeks after. Other than that the place was great breakfast was good waffles were coming out doughy each day not sure if it needs adjusted or what we tried leaving them on longer but still seemed doughy other than that we enjoyed it there the staff was very nice.”
”The front desk manager was very thorough and kind. After a long drive, it was very pleasant to have a front desk manager, who took the time to explain how features of my room worked, as well as, contacted me after I got settled in my room, to make sure everything was to my liking. It was very nice to have someone take so much care in dealing with people and hospitality”
