”Nice location / No fridge in room/ TVs being updated so no access to TV guide”

”We really appreciate the cleanliness of the property and friendly staff. The jetted tub in our room was wonderful. We walked across the street to see a good movie. Thanks for making this a really nice getaway!”

”The staff and experience was incredible. We had a room with smoking (already some expectations there I know) . The only complaint was the comforter we had had multiple HUGE burn holes in it and looks like it had for a while. I knows it’s a smoking room but come on…. Other than that everything was pretty good. ”

”Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!”

”Outside trashcans had overflow of trash and was never dumped. The only elevator had inside damage to it. Rooms had roach crawling on ceiling. Infestation of ants after an ice cream spill in the room. Front desk said they sprayed but the ants returned. Pull out couch was broken and had to use a rollaway. Chair (red) in the room had old stains. Breakfast was average. ”

”Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

”We didn’t feel safe or clean so we left and got another hotel room. The front desk attendant was kind. The hotel smelled so bad of weed and cigarettes, we couldn’t stay.”

”Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. However: 1) The water dispenser in the Fitness room would not dispense water. The gentleman Kyle at the front desk was able to resolve this situation within 30 mins. 2) The thermostat "display" on our 1st floor room did not show the essential details. 3) The window on the 1st floor room were not locked when we arrived. 4) The Fitness room was apparently in the process of being remodeled. Lots of dust...
