”This was an excellent place to stay. If you're coming to see the Ark Encounter, it's a really good home base between multiple activities and there is lots of shopping and many good restaurants nearby, as well. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, was clean, the breakfast was good with variety each day, and the staff checked in with me each day to see if we needed anything. We didn't use the pool but the fitness center was much used by the whole family. Oh and for anyone worried about the...

”They have a very extensive breakfast buffet they also have dinner buffet starting at 5:30 and happy hour starting at 5.”

”Staff were extremely helpful and great assortment at breakfast.”

”Super.”

”I am so disappointed with this experience. We stayed at a Country Inns and Suites property in Grand Rapids and it was great. Property was well maintained, amenities were great and the staff were top notch. I assumed all properties were similar. Boy was I wrong. This property was not what I expected. It it always simply a place to rest for the night, but not a place to enjoy. The tub didn’t look clean so we didn’t take baths. Just washed up real good and kept it moving. ”Easy check in. Great location. Will book again!”

”Property was old, but very clean would stay there again. Parking was nice well lit Was nice for a one night stay.”

”Room was clean”

”Staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony room we originally booked had been overbooked so we were upgraded to a king suite which was very nice.”

”Courteous staff, clean hotel, comfortable bed and pillows.. a very short but pleasant stay. Shuttle drivers were timely for pickup and drop-off. Would definitely stay here again since it is also very close to the airport.”

”This property is fantastic. No frills and clean and the right price. The lobby was stocked with food and drink and the breakfast in the morning, while basic (no frills!) included a yogurt machine.”

”Our room could have been cleaner. There were cobwebs in the ceiling corners. There was a large chair that was well worn and a little large for the room.”
