”While staying at the heritage inn, the first thing I noticed was that the room phones did not work. I then called the front desk from my cell phone and watched no one answer the phone. I didn’t get my room cleaned or received fresh towels at all and had to walk to the front desk for more toilet paper. Then the pool was ice cold each day and no one came to assist in making the experience better. ”

”Hotel had limited parking. The hotel room was dated, one small trash bin w/ no bag in it, complementary coffee/ breakfast was basic and looked gross. The lady working breakfast was yelling at 3 different guest in front of alot of people, and seemed to be moody. Probably wont stay there again! ”

”The room was comfortable and we had the amenities we needed. It offered a generous breakfast every morning. Coffee and water were available at all times. The gym was clean and easily accessible. The pool was closed during our stay due to the season we traveled in. There was ample parking downstairs. The bar on site was really cute and the drinks were great. We were driving distance to a lot of things and it made it a great homebase. We would definitely stay here again.”
