”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint and welcoming property. It was a perfect location for our time in Newport, just 15 minutes from the beach. Phil was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and attentive. Very comfortable beds as well. We’d stay there again. ”

”Excellent location-just above a little cafe on Broadway- walkable to many shops & restaurants. Parking was easy and instructions provided by the management company were clear. Doors have a keypad so no keeping track of house keys required. The building is older & the floors are not level as often happens in old buildings. Be aware there are 19 very steep narrow stairs to get into this 3rd floor condo. 4 Bath towels were provided but hand towels for the bathrooms and wash cloths were not. If you...

”Do not use this property. There is NO parking. I arrived about 10pm. I could not find any parking. The owner stated that I could take two cars. I only had one car. I could not use the property. The owner also refused to provide a refund. I was forced to find another place to stay. The note also stated to follow parking signs or you would be fined or towedThe owner does not care about the people they rent too.”
