”Very clean. One of the few places where a cat is welcome. Quiet. Free laundry with soap provided! Kitchen has full size fridge and is well stocked with staples. Friendly & helpful host who went the extra mile with excellent communication throughout our stay.”

”This is a wonderful home. It is spacious, has comfortable beds (all queen beds or larger) in all of its 5 bedrooms. It has some ants, but that's the only thing that isn't top-notch. ”The house was in a nice neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is huge with lots of countertop space. I only wish we were there a few weeks later to enjoy all the amazing fruit trees in the backyard.”

”Loved this gem in Berkeley!! Location was perfect. Just a quick ride from downtown Berkeley. We had an amazing view all the way out to the ocean, and this was especially wonderful at night when we were out on the deck in the hot tub. The home is dated but clean and has anything you would need. The appliances in the kitchen are “new retro” and in great shape. Communication with owner was perfect. The gated yard was great for our small dog. Enjoy!”
