We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. Their elevator has been broken 2 mos according to staff. carrying luggage up stairs is no fun. Breakfast was scant.

They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything.

The Albatross-Houseboat DT Knox
Great area, especially if you are into outdoors activities and visiting. Right next to the outdoor center where you can rent bikes and scooters. A little farther of a walk to downtown than I wanted. But all in all still doable and a great location.
