”Uusi ja mukava hotelli jossa palvelu oli loistavaa ja huone oli mukava. WIFI toimi hyvin ja aamiainen oli hyvä.Kaukana rannasta mutta vieressä on sun park huvipuisto ja suuri ostoskeskus eli sadekaudella oli ihan hyvä valinta.Huonoa oli se että hotellin ravintola ei ollut auki muuten kuin aamiaisella. Rantakuljetus olisi myös hyvä olla järjestettynä hotellilta kun sadekausi on ohi.Hinta/laatusuhde oli loistava.”

”the hotel was very nice with a large bed. air conditioner worked really well once we figured out how to use it! it had a very nice balcony as well. a few things to note: the bath/shower situation is weird. the tub has one side raised for a bath, and then the shower head has a holder but water sprays everywhere (no shower curtain or anything). we also had a few small ants crawling on our bags but the bed was mostly untouched. ”

”I loooooove this hotel. So tranquil and beautifully designed for a small boutique hotel with apartment-like amenities (kitchen, etc). It’s tucked away on a quiet mostly residential street. The pool is just the size for a quick cool off at the end of a hot day. Breakfast is very tasty with an emphasis on Vietnamese classics. Folks at the front desk couldn’t be more delightful. ”
”Great location, quiet yet close to the best cafes. Very comfortable bed, clean and nice space, small but well equipped kitchen, good showers, nice balcony space, I loved everything. But best of all the lady is super nice and helpful. She checked with me that all was ok everytime she saw me, kept the room clean and even dropped me off at the bus stop on my last day. ”

"We had booked transportation from the airport to the hotel, but the experience did not meet the expectations set by the advertisement. The service was provided by a different company, not the hotel itself. As token of good will hotel organized properly the return to airport without cost.
The service overall felt bit disorganized, likely caused by having quite many employees and too much chaos. It’s understandable to prepare for Christmas season with extra staff but good to stop and see how it shows to customers.
Restaurant was really positive highlight - well done! As well as Skylar staff was great!
Location wise great - just at beach.
