The room was clean, bed comfortable, plenty of towels, hall quiet. They have hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby all the time. The major downside for us was there was no breakfast because the cook was absent. Although I would have been fine with cold cereal and toast. I couldn't take the bag ...
