"Henkilökunta on aivan mahtava! Erityisesti Ruby, Lynd, Ken ja en muista kaikkia. Kannatta ottaa aina Club-huone jos halua henkilökohtaisempa palvelua, vaikka aamiaisella valikoima on suppeampi. Sänky on erinomainen ja vuodevaatteet myös. Tosi kivaa että on suihku ja erillinen amme. Näkymät ikkunasta joelle ihanat. Hissit ovat hitaat. Kuntosali hyvä, uimaallas pieni, mutta siisti. Osallistuimme yhteenä päivänä Ilotulitusfestivaaliin 31 krs kattoterrassilla. Se oli kyllä pettymys. Oli stressava ilmapiiri, palvelu sekava, ruoka mauton vaikka tarjonta oli laaja, oli rapuja ja lobsteria. Kaunisti aseteltu, mutta ei oikeastaan mitään nautittavan syötävää. Se latisti kokemuksen. "

"We had booked transportation from the airport to the hotel, but the experience did not meet the expectations set by the advertisement. The service was provided by a different company, not the hotel itself. As token of good will hotel organized properly the return to airport without cost. The service overall felt bit disorganized, likely caused by having quite many employees and too much chaos. It’s understandable to prepare for Christmas season with extra staff but good to stop and see how it shows to customers. Restaurant was really positive highlight - well done! As well as Skylar staff was great! Location wise great - just at beach. With some attention to minor details this hotel could be best in class. "
