”Perfect size for a couple. Very clean, comfortable, and in a great location--close to Bridge St. and Walnut Beach. The kitchen seemed well equipped, even though we didn't cook. Communication with Kevin was excellent and very quick. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we visit Ashtabula.”

”This property is remote- there are attractions within a half hour drive, so if you’re hoping to walk to nearby places, this isn’t the one. Everything is much higher quality than I typically see in a VRBO rental. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up! The shower is nice and the couple who own the house are very nice and accommodating ”

”The property was very fresh and clean and the host response was absolutely perfect. One small issue is that it is an older home so it has a little bit of a mildew smell, so if you’re sensitive or allergic to mold or mildew, you may want to consider another place. Otherwise it was everything we expected and we certainly got what we paid for. Just a shout out to our house Kevin, you are the most accommodating and responsive host we have ever worked with.
