”Overall a fair 3 star stay. The room was a bit old, flat feather pillows were not for a good nights sleep at all and the chair at the desk looked like it had lost a fight with a pack of wolves. For the most part it was clean and ok. The staff were super nice and respectful. The restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal however. With some updating this would be a much better stay for the money, but I would certainly be comfortable staying again in the future.”

”No hair dryer. 99% of the receptacles need to be replace as they are vary loose. Lost power to refrigerator numerous times. No hangers in the room. Will not book there again.”

”The hotel management Duty manager, My room no 127 on 06/05/26 for one night and very in unclean curtains (you can’t touch very ugly) floor carpet and no water at all time from wash basin and inform to front desk ( lady on duty) she said inform to manager but no one came or call to fix this issue ,even next morning no one attend and the breakfast room microwave not cleaned food spread all over the microwave, Thank you De Silva Please follow up and give me a feedback”

”Good value for money. We stayed 9 days in total and felt very confortable and safe. Room, fridge, microwave, and sheets were clean. Room interior also looks nice.”

”The bed was firm, the air conditioner worked well, the room was sufficient. Interacting with the staff was very pleasant and helpful. This is an older facility that isn’t a convenient location and if you simply need a spot to lay your head, this is a good spot.”

”This place is horrible. First of all we chose a non smoking room as we traveled with kid, but upon checking in, the front desk gave us room which was a smoking room, the smell was too horrible. When we informed, she said that’s all they have and helped us with nothing to solve the issue. Room was in horrible condition. Even the bathroom flash was not working properly. Bed sheets, carpet EVERYTHING was nasty.”

”The property was in the process of being updated there was minimal disruption in our stay. A few annoying things, the ice machine did not work and the room cards had to be reprogrammed a few times..the painters and workers were very courteous and helpful.. we stay here often during the year .”

”There were stairs at each entrance so luggage had to be carried, no ramp. Everything was pretty old looking although clean enough. The WiFi was pathetically slow and difficult to connect to. The breakfast started at 7:00 which was too late for me, I had to leave each morning at seven. It’s not terrible but I’m used to better.”

”The place was run down and not as represented on-line. There was no staff at desk, pool was green, damp / musty smell, odd characters loitering Outside and in lobby. Surrounding area didn't feel comfortable / safe. There was a trailer community up against the hotel property and a closed down business in front of hotel.”

”I wish it was better maintained. It has bugs in the bathroom and had a weird smell of mold”

”Rooms were spacious and clean, its pet friendly, They have great coffee shops near by and grocery stores very convenient location.”

”When we arrived around 5:30, the front office was already closed and we were lucky to run into and employee who took us to our room. The room was very run down, but clean enough. No bed bugs. There were a lot of flies however, which I thought was odd. Traditional style lock and key and in a super cute part of town. It’s right down the street from base so that’s really nice. Overall it was ok.”
