Very clean. It is an old house in an old neighborhood but still comfortable and a great value.

Cozy spacious bedroom with queen bed, only half mile to Rt.95, exclusive bath
Very attentive and thoughtful host. Spare of decor and basic but clean, tidy, safe, convenient and as advertised. Our room had AC and was just what we needed for the weekend. Easy parking.

Close to Mystic, Stonington, Westerly. Room for everyone. 3 mins to Ocean Beach.
Great communication with owner, good spot. Lot of fun to have the fire pit on a nice day
