The rooms are large, the price affordable for a layover to catch a ferry Every necessity was thought of for the type of guest William receives. 10 of 10… not fancy, doesn’t pretend to be and super linens and clean. The continental breakfast was an additional surprise. Thanks William. We’ll be back on our next ferry crossing. ”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay in the Block Island cottage. The water view with a variety of boats passing by was awesome. The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with whatever one might need during a stay. We will be back again, soon I hope!”

”Charged $50 for incidentals we did not use. Power went out (not hotels fault,thunder storm knocked out power) and staff was not around when we wanted to check out at 4:20am.”

”We stayed in the king suite as we were travelling with a toddler. Spacious room with plenty of space for toddler to play around. Pool was great, it was not cold like other heated pools that I have been to. Breakfast was average. The only issue I had was that despite the hotel having a 3pm check-in policy, my room was not ready until 4pm. Apparently the front desk did not mark the room as checked out, and was therefore not cleaned. This was very frustrating especially that we had a toddler.”

The hotel nor Expedia would change the date of our stay even with the travel protection that was purchased. They were rude, unempathetic and told my mom that they needed medical documentation for proof of a refund, which is a HIPPA violation. My mother and I lost out on our beach stay at this hotel. ”We were driving from Florida to RI. Stopped and played tourist in NYC and drove until we were tired. Found this hotel, arrived late, it was easy check-in, staff was super kind and mindful of our late arrival & gave us extra bedding. Breakfast was a spread! They did a great job! The suite was very spacious. Beds were comfy, pull out not so much, but for the kiddos they didn’t mind!”

”The hotel canceled my reserved and paid for room on the day of arrival without prior notification. When I arrived at the hotel shortly before midnight, I was told they could not honor the reservation and that they were fully booked. I was getting stranded in the middle of the night.”
