”We had a really good stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean. Some minor maintenance things such as one of the pool ladders needed repair but it was appropriately marked. And a tile is popping by the hot tub ladder. Breakfast was great! ”We stayed in the king suite as we were travelling with a toddler. Spacious room with plenty of space for toddler to play around. Pool was great, it was not cold like other heated pools that I have been to. Breakfast was average. The only issue I had was that despite the hotel having a 3pm check-in policy, my room was not ready until 4pm. Apparently the front desk did not mark the room as checked out, and was therefore not cleaned. This was very frustrating especially that we had a toddler.”
