”Good hotel, liked the location. Would stay here again.”

”The only thing i was not happy about was, I told the person checking us in the night before that i wanted to pay in cash the next day when we checked out, But when we checked out they had all ready charged my credit card, and the man at the desk didn't want to even try to refund us. But other than that is was a great hotel, clean, close to the doctors office that we needed to go to early in the morning. We would stay again if needed.”

”This room was spectacularly overpriced. I recognize that there was a lot going on in Lawrence this weekend. But, jacking up the rate to over $500 for a $60 motel room was not ok. There was spackle in the bathtub. The lamp socket was hanging off the lamp. The desk chair’s fake leather was peeling and the couch was threadbare. The mattress was as thin as an 80s fouton. Staff were lovely and kind. Room seemed clean despite the disrepair. If it had been $60, it would have been fine.”

”Breakfast could have had more choices. There was no juice and only protein was milk for cereal.”

”The location was convenient. The parking lot has huge pot holes. Our king suite was filthy. The sheets were covered in black debris, the bathroom found multiple hairs. The vent above the toilet dripped rusty water onto the toilet seat and floor that looked like urine. The shower had no water pressure and took a long time to warm up. The pillows were terrible. Too expensive for what it was. Disappointing.”

”I've stayed in this hotel many times over the years. The night I checked in, at 10pm, for my pre-paid 4 night stay I somehow had misplaced my credit card during the trip from Dallas to be used for "incidentals" and didn't have it with me. Granted, I stayed there 10 days before and am a Gold Member with Choice Awards. The individual manning the desk wouldn't let me check in without the card. Regardless of any of my credentials, history and pre-payment status. She said there were "rules" that had...

”The hotel staff were great. It was mom’s weekend and the hotel was packed. The staff everywhere in the hotel were helpful and friendly.”
