4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Conroe. Newly built, perfect for those looking for a break from the norm. Retreat into the living room and melt into any of the 6 beds we have prepared. Kitchen is well equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, with an Italian made dining table await. All bedrooms feature with brand new beds, large closets, and lots of natural light. We are reasonable close to Lake Conroe State Park, Sam Houston park and the Woodland Mall area. This house is perfect for family

Clean, quiet, and spacious in a good neighborhood.

I was here for 5 days with my son and daughter in law and it was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfy, neighborhood was quiet and safe, big dining table for games and puzzles, even a grassy back yard for our very well mannered dog. About 15 minutes from the Woodlands. We didnt realky cook here but kitchen was equipped for cooking. Enjoyed our stay and the host was very easy to communicate with.

Great house - lacks essentials

Pros - lots of space for a large family with various sitting areas that appeal to different age groups being able to talk, and play games together. Great location, easy to find, quiet neighborhood, open greenway behind you so no back neighbors. There is a small park in walking distance that’s great for small kids. The beds were comfortable and everyone had a great nights sleep. Cons The kitchen lacks essential tools, silverware,,measuring cups and spoons, quality knives for food prep. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The house lacks enough towels- there were no face towels, only 2 bath towels for each room meaning there is a need to wash each day to have adequate towels. However, there are not laundry detergent supplies. The water in the bath tub upstairs drained slowly, and the internet was unstable making it hard to watch streaming TV. The TV kept buffering and being kicked out of the show we were watching. Lighting was a challenge with no outside lighting and the pantry light not working. Overall a great stay…be prepared to bring a few essentials.

As advertised!

The house was clean, and smelled great. Towels, shampoo and soap also available! We stayed for about a week. It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood and my dogs had their space to do their necessities In the fenced backyard. We wanted to stay for another week but unfortunately it was booked for a few days so we ended up leaving. Definitely recommend this property! Plus it’s close to pretty much everything. The owner is nice, flexible and responsive.

The house was perfect for us we were busy every day working so it was nice to come home to a nice air conditioned house clean beds were comfortable there's a few things I would improve on which is the landscape in the front yard it would be nice to have backyard patio furniture to sit on and trash receptacles were not good the one trash can was broken cleaning supplies I think came a little late it would have been nice to tidy up after ourselves to keep the place clean cuz we were there for 15 days but owner was very responsive and quick to deliver them

Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to area.

The house was as pictured. Nice, newer home. Lots of space. My only issues were that when we arrived for check in the house wasn’t ready. Possibly had a late check out prior? Also, the garage was full of trash, construction items and dead bugs.

Disappointing

First, the overgrown and weed strewn front and back yards gave the appearance of an abandoned house. Upon entering, the house reeked of pot which was interesting as I was provided several documents indicating smoking was verboten. The cleaning crew had to be aware of it as there were plug-in air fresheners everywhere. However, the plug-ins were effective as the next day the odor was not evident. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. There were plenty of towels and linen provided. The dining table and chairs were dirty and stained - not comfortable until we cleaned them off though the chair stains remained. The owners were quick to respond to inquiries but I found their answers to be mostly confounding. Examples: Why is there only one glass? Ans: "We don't offer wine glasses". Then why is one available??? Dishwasher doesn't work unless the garbage disposal switch is on. Ans: "Impossible - that's never come up before". Strange answer since it is wired into that switch; so we just unplugged the disposal and ran it.

Quick business trip

Place is super nice however, there was no coffee pot for the coffee maker. No kurig or k-cup coffee maker and we were really bummed and inconvenienced. Also, no iron. Otherwise, it was very nice.
