”I never like giving anyone a dislike to a VRBO home. Driving 11.5 hours, to find this house not as describe. The house description said new house. This home is not a new house, the front yard had not been cut and tree limbs are in the front. There is no lighting in the driveway or up to the door. There were stains in the carpet, bedroom downstairs had dirty walls. Very disappointed. New bedding and not cheap bedspreads. IKEA beds with no cushion for mattress. The best part to this home was the...

”This property was a great location for us attending our son's wedding @ Madera Estates! It was so well stocked with items that served our needs. The entertainment room was a hit for the kiddos to play and watch shows. Everyone found their bed to be comfortable. There are toys for kids and games for adults. You will never find this type of peace and quiet in any hotel for a good nights rest! My adult kids were so happy I found this listing. We felt so blessed to find a property owner that was...

”The primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and laundry room smelled like CAT URINE. The owner sent cleaners. I trusted they would deal with the smell. They did not. The owner sent cleaners again. Still smelled but they placed air fresheners around the house. When I tried to negotiate some sort of reimbursement, the host hung up on me. There were other areas that showed lack of cleanliness and lack of basic maintenance.”

”Host was very responsive to requests and communications. Property was in a convenient location. Property could improve on cleanliness. Kitchen was not well stocked. Had to purchase towels for clean8ng the counter tops. Backyard was covered in weeds and big holes, so our dogs could never use them. Property seem very popular as there was check in and out on the same day, leaving insufficient time for thorough cleaning.”
