”Everything worked. Internet connection was great and workspace desk was nice in the room. Nice store above average. Clean. Only complaint was that this was booked for husband traveling on his own and picked for a hot breakfast which was supposed to be out at 6:30 but was not out until 6:50. Had to leave before it was completely out. Possibly just a one-day happening, but unfortunate for that day for hubby that had to get on the road - and hotel was chosen for that reason.”

Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in.
Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels.
Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant. I can’t comment on the restaurant or breakfast as I didn’t take advantage of either.

”The room was clean but the sheets were old as it was lumpy with the little fabric bumps. There was also an unnatural sterile smell to the room that I could not really tell what it was for. The shower was a bit cramped and had no fan but instead a a heat lamp to keep dry? Nonetheless, not major issues for just crashing a night.
The breakfast quality was good and made up for the okay room. Food included:

- standard scramble eggs (from a mixture)
- bagels, bread, muffins with toaster...
