”Stood here for a quick nap.. got in at 1am and was out by 7am. Common areas were really pretty, the bed was comfy. I did not meet any staff, everything was self check in and I did not utilize the lockers. People were up and someone kept coming in and out the room which made it hard to sleep. To be fair the bad bunny concert just let out. Would recommend based on my quick stay. ”

From the start, they made us feel at home—even though we live in the U.S. and were traveling back to Puerto Rico, our homeland. The only surprise was that our room, which was really big and good as such, didn’t have a window! It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-)

”The staff of Urbana Hotel was amazing and so welcoming but allowed you space to breathe. They let it be known that they are available for you 24/7 which I witness when I locked myself out of my room at 12:30, and sure enough they made me a key by the time I walked around the corner to the office.
