”The room was clean and the breakfast delicious. The staff member the night we checked in was fantastic! He saw us walking around the building to check in and allowed us in a back door. The morning desk worker had to take her blue tooth earbuds out to hear questions which felt very unprofessional. It would be nice to have non-dairy milk and creamer options available.”

”The hotel itself is comfortable but we had asked for late checkout the night before we were to leave and were told we could stay until 1pm. At 11am the housekeeper knocked on the door, and then at 11:35 the front desk called and said we needed to be out by noon or we’d be charged for a half day, and that there was nothing in the computer about late checkout. It was a very stressful end to our trip.”

”The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. The third night I had to find someone in housekeeping to get clean towels. The room was nonsmoking but obvious it had been smoked in. I reported...

”There was no ice available. Not a lot of amenities. Not enough towels. Very bare minimum and not worth the price. Would not stay there again.”

”The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing. ”

”The was pleasant. The room was relatively updated. The carpets truly need to be shampooed and the elevator floor was gross with layers of dirt. The room was ok. There was a bug in the bathroom and the tub was cheaply resurfaced (there was a large patch that covered most of the tub bottom). The tub should just be repaired and the wall paper was pulling away from the wall. I don’t intend to stay here again.”

”I got there about 11pm and it took a few rings of the bell for them to come out and check me in. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. Once I got into my room I was hit with an overwhelming smell of fabuloso cleaner. This is usually a sign of a clean space but it felt overkill for the room to still be so untidy.
