  • Kaikki mitä tarvitset lomallesi ja on lähellä kaikkea Mountain Washington Valley -alueen tarjontaa, tämä koti on mitä tarvitset rentoutumiseen pitkän ostospäivän, retkeilyn, hiihdon, melonnan tai Story Landin jälkeen! Myös AC kuumina kesäpäivinä!

    Takaosan suuri kansi on hieno viihdyttämiseen, grillaamiseen tai vain rentoutumiseen. Yksityinen takapiha, jossa patio ja palo kuoppaan ja kylpytynnyri (EI SAATAVAA TALVISSA, MMA-HUHTIKUU), nauti istuen ulkona seulomalla kuistilla.
    Hohtavat parketit. Talomme on yhteensä 3000 m², 3 tasoa kotiin. Suuri keittiö ruokasalilla, 3 erillistä olohuonetta: iso olohuone propaanitakalla ja pelihuone 75 tuuman televisiolla, paljon DVD: tä ja baari. Meillä on yhteensä 4 makuuhuonetta: makuuhuone king-size-vuoteella. Toinen makuuhuone queen-size-vuode. Kolmas makuuhuone täysikokoisella sängyllä ja kerrossängyllä. Neljäs makuuhuone täysikokoisella sängyllä. Tarjoamme myös 2 vetäytymissohvaa. Tarjoamme paljon vilttejä, puhtaita lakanoita ja 12 pyyhettä avuksesi. Kaikissa huoneissa ja olohuoneessa on vaihtovirtalaite. Upea paikka viihdyttämiseen! Noin 15 minuutin päässä keskustasta North Conway!
    Talvi: Olemme sijaitsee 15 minuutin päässä Crammore Mountainista ja noin 15 päässä King Pine -hiihtokeskuksesta.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It is beautiful, clean and in the perfect location to take advantage of the amazing sites in NH. We had enough room for our family and the outdoor decks were nice for gathering over meals. We even enjoyed the fire pit at night and made s'mores. I am hoping to be able to stay there next year which I actually always stay at different homes every year in NH too, but I loved this home so much that I want to stay again next summer. The host for this property is very responsive and friendly, and you can tell she cares about her home and we took care of it as if it were our own during our stay. We had a wonderful vacation and feel really blessed to be able to stay here.

We were a group of two couples on a golf weekend. The house was exactly as expected. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi but Gabriela was so on top of it and had all the equipment switched out while we were out one afternoon. I highly recommend this host.

We stayed for the week and this home was perfect for our family getaway. Cozy, spacious, and perfect location. Would definitely recommend!

Property was beautiful, exactly as described in listing. Plenty of gathering spaces, updated kitchen, plenty of hot water. Clean and family friendly. Great value for cost. We would definitely stay here again!

The downstairs was beautifully decorated and so cute! The kitchen was nice but it would be helpful to have some new frying pans as it was extremely old and warped. The upstairs had visible water damage on the ceilings and there was an animal urine smell as you go up the stairs as well as on one of the couches . One of the bedrooms had a bug/insect issue and they had to sleep on the couch. The house is located on a beautiful lot and it was easy to check in. The stay was ok just disappointed that my son and DIL had to sleep on the couch for the amount we paid.

very clean place our second time at this property, close to all amenities amazing host and we would recommend it to the next Family. I am huge on cleanliness when booking anything and this place definitely exceeds expectations

The house was in a private location, yet close enough to restaurants and stores. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions.

Great stay!!!

This was the perfect house for a large group skiing for the weekend! The multiple bedrooms and pull out couch accommodated everyone’s sleeping arrangements very comfortably. Our dogs even had the best time in the large front yard! Gabriela was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Winter Break

We had a great time with family! From start to finish the commutation with the owner was great. The house came with everything we needed. Close to North Conway for skiing, shops and restaurants . Our dog loved playing in the snow in the front and back yard.

Weekend stay

So,close to a five star rating. Beautiful spot, very spacious, and loaded with everything you could possibly need. The only two issues were the water for the showers had a really bad smell to it, and I do find it very unusual and burdensome to ask the people staying there to take their trash with them

Month long rental

We had a wonderful time in this large home. We had family and friends come over each week and had plenty of room. Four rooms to entertain! Lots nearby for everyone, golf, Saco River kyacking, hiking and Ecco Lake. Owners were close by to help if we had any requests. Hope to come back sometime.

Went for a long weekend skiing trip. Weather did work great for skiing but had one day. Home was beautiful and had everything needed. Very clean and modern. Close to downtown. Easy access to downtown. Had an amazing time. Thank you and looking forward until next time.

Wonderful weekend in the mountains

We found this beautiful house and knew it would be a great fit for our group of 6 moms on our girls weekend away. From the very first contact, the owner was very responsive and friendly. Check in was super easy and the house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly have needed. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds and couches were comfortable/cozy. We had zero complaints all weekend and look forward to booking again.

Gorgeous Spacious

Gabriela was such a pleasure . She was so attentive and communication was amazing . The house is gorgeous it even has a firepit in the yard . This is one of the nicest homes we have rented in this area . The sunroom was one of our favorite rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked . Plenty of board games for us to play as a family . We definitely would love to stay here next thanksgiving .

This was a perfect vacation! Owner was so responsive and kind. House is perfectly located and had all amenities. Plenty of room to accommodate a large family. We had everything we needed! Mountain vibe with great hill workouts for walkers and runners! This area is perfectly situated for all New Hampshire (and Maine) activities! You can recharge your soul with the forest vista but are still within minutes of civilization. Highly recommend for adults and children! Owner is terrific (and I had several questions before we arrived! ;))

Outstanding Vacation Rental

If you're looking for a vacation rental conveniently located near the North Conway area, this is it! The house was exceptional and was the cleanest we've ever rented in over 20 years. There were amazing spaces for our family of 9. If you enjoy cooking, like we do, you'll find everything you need in the kitchen. It's just as lovely as it looks in the pictures. The AC units in the bedrooms and kitchen/dining area, as well as the fans in all the rooms, kept us completely cool, with very high humidity and temps in the upper 80's to low 90's. Gabriela was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts we've ever dealt with. When we return to this area, we'll definitely want to rent this home again.

Winter Getaway

The home is beautiful. Unfortunately a snowstorm hit the night we arrived and we along with most of Madison lost power and had to cut our weekend short. Extremely disappointing. Gabriela could not have been more understanding and offered to refund the entire stay. She was very easy to get a hold of and kept us updated after reaching out to the power company. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that loves this area of NH and plan to return.

Very private, lots of space inside! Great for relaxing with family. Kitchen is great for gathering.

The hot tub was slimy and not working properly. The trampoline netting was broken. The property grasss had not been mowed in months so kids running around playing was not ideal. There were no cushions for the fire pit, which was also so damp we couldn’t get a fire started. We needed a shovel or something to clean it out. These were all of the amenities we booked the house for, so disappointing. Linens were great, towels were provided and the kitchen was well stocked.

Great House close to North Conway

We stayed at this lovely house for 2 nights in the summer. The house was clean, modern, appealing, and blessed. It has a great backyard, back porch, and deck. The kitchen is nice and spacious as well. I recommend this stay. The owner was very attentive and responsive to my messages. Easy check in and check out.
