”Staff very friendly and helpful”

”It was as expected for the price, and close to my training with a little shopping and coffee close by. This is needed because the rooms are built for rest and relaxation. However, it was clean enough, adequate water pressure, parking directly in front of my room, quiet during my stay and I was only there for two nights. I wouldn’t think all rooms are as adequate and they definitely need more renovation but adequate for what I needed.”

”They had no body wash in the shower only small bars of soap. One of the lights by the bed wasn't working. They eventually fixed it after a complaint. The phone in the room did not work.”

”We got there and it looked nice on the outside, but it looks like it hasn’t had maintenance in years. Everything is broken or cracked or peeling from the carpet to the ceiling. The inside smells terrible, and theres no noise control. The room was spacious, but the AC was damaged and inconsistent, the pillows were lumpy or brick hard and the “blanket” was a dollar store fleece blanket in between 2 sheets. And theres cockroaches:)”

”Very clean rooms and amenities. The A/C in the room worked very well. However, in the bar area, it was warm and though they had high power fans throughout the lobby to try and cool it down, the fans took away from the ambiance. Also, the pumped in smell was overly done throughout the lobby and hallways. I ordered the garden burger which was cooked too well done that it was charred. The crinkle fries served with the sandwiches were cooked to perfection. No food or bar on Sundays and the...

”The Staff were kind, friendly and professional. They remembered our names and were exceptionally hospital. The hotel's grounds, rooms, and lobby were modern decor with spacious seating and viewing areas. We would surely recommend the hotel to all travelers who want to stay at a location that's classy, affordable, and close to the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer.”
