”My room (caramel) was huge! Clean and comfortable, though slightly difficult shutting the door with the big curtain behind it. One star deducted for no fan, no one told me the wifi password when I arrived, and there was no cereal or fruit left by 9am for breakfast on Sunday. My parents also paid £30 a night to have their dog in their room yet there wasn’t so much as a dog bowl included, so they could do better on that front.”
