”Not what I expected. The room itself was nice and the environment guite cute but two major issues with the stay. 1. The room temperature must`ve been above 30 degrees (even if the temperature outside was +15). Room facing the street so opening the window felt like sleeping on the street. Not a good choice if you need to get some proper rest.”

”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London.
The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :)
The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there.

We were in room 11 a small double which, despite being compact, qhad everything we needed. The bed was very comfy and the shower was powerful and warm. We only had breakfast which was very tasty and plentiful. The hotel is approximately a 15 min walk up to the castle area. The best route was joining the Long Walk across the road through the iron...
”Nice small hotel near Heathrow T5. Both local bus and coach bus options to get to the airport. Breakfast buffet had many options. Rooms are not totally soundproof. We could hear our neighbors, both above and next door but that did not prevent us from having a good sleep.”

"4 stars for this hotel is way too much...the room smelled for mould. It was dark and corridors felt like "redrum". But absolutely worst part was the restaurant. Even though in the evening it was half-empty, it took over half 'n' hour to get the food. Yet once we got it fries were cold and daughter's pasta was swimming in butter though it was supposed to be some sort of a cream pasta. I'm not a cook but that had nothing to do with cream pasta. Neither waitress nor manager paid any attention to our claims. Same nonexisting service continued on breakfast. I could add that we had to fight for pur breakfast because there was hardly anything to serve. Worst hotel I've experienced for long time and I travel a lot..."
