”We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.”

Breakfast, however, was a disappointment—I missed fresh vegetables and would have appreciated more than just butter to put on my bread. The breakfast area was crowded every morning, and the space felt quite cramped. The food at the hotel restaurant was poor in quality and didn’t meet expectations. Keep in mind that the hotel sits atop a small hill, which makes the walk from Queenstown’s town centre slightly uphill. ”

”The room was big, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was little bit overpriced, but luckily hotel is near city center were you can find very good breakfast or brunch.”

”This is a stunning boutique experience. Pricey but the suite was sensational. Our only bugbear was the high tech light switches which took some getting used to and the light motion sensors which were erratic. Otherwise quiet, luxurious, spacious, stunning views and super friendly/professional staff.”

”We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which seemed to be two connected rooms: one smaller bedroom/bathroom with twin beds and a larger studio with another bathroom and kitchenette. Having the extra bathroom and room for bags was appreciated. It had nice mountain views and a patio - did lack a bit of privacy as we were on ground floor and visible to the street and busy road. Large windows and glass doors (nice and light) with effective blockout blinds. Kitchenette was sufficiently equipped for...

”Great location just in the heart of Queenstown and all the activities. Tour operators leaving just outside our door. Walking distance to burgers and shopping. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Would definitely return!”

”Good location. There was not much privacy in the room because there was a curtain only on one side of the bed(mixed dorm) and the bed was very uncomfortable. Also had to listen to people showering upstairs and sleep next to the heater so didn’t get sleep almost at all. I booked for 5 nights but left after first one, I would not stay again.”
