”We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.”

”The place was very clean. The location was great, easily walk all around town and to the skyline. Tons of restaurants close by. We used the kitchen and it worked out well.”

”The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and quality pillows. Breakfast, however, was a disappointment—I missed fresh vegetables and would have appreciated more than just butter to put on my bread. The breakfast area was crowded every morning, and the space felt quite cramped. The food at the hotel restaurant was poor in quality and didn’t meet expectations. Keep in mind that the hotel sits atop a small hill, which makes the walk from Queenstown’s town centre slightly uphill. ”

”My experience at the QT Queenstown was a standout. I was lucky enough to experience the newer upgraded section, which only opened a few weeks before my arrival. The styling and finer details were incredible. Fresh-baked cookies and dark chocolate left in the room on arrival, and a beautiful departure gift. A standout which was loved was the complimentary wine tastings in the lobby in the evening, which then moved to whisky and chocolate later in the evening. Can't wait to get back and stay”

”Had a great stay at mi-pad and would absolutely stay here again. Only reason I didn’t stay longer was because I had a rental car and parking is difficult in Queenstown. But loved the room, the bed was very comfortable. Wish there was a bit more natural light, and staff were friendly but could be a bit more welcoming.”

The staff was extremely accommodating, polite, and we were always met with a smile on the face.
