”Had to ask them to change my room because my first room had crumbs and grime on the counter next to the microwave and hair in the bed. Don't be fooled by the pictures, it is a very run down hotel with poor cleaning practices. Hallways were musty and so was the room. Carpets in the room are gross and floors in the bathroom are slimey. Stay away.”

”This place is terrible. It’s the worst I’ve ever been to. I got bitten by bed bugs that were laying in worth of five minutes. The place was really dirty and made me itchy. The bed sheets were stained and ripped. Hornets nest in the stairway. You don’t even get your money’s worth. Don’t come here ever!”

”Property was close to where we needed to be. Was not terrible , was clean but definitely older. Good for the price.”

”This is my go to Hotel chain when traveling now. Great modern rooms. nice complimentary breakfast with more than your typical options. Friendly staff.”

”It is a nice place. We have been there before and will stay there again but the staff wasn't very friendly and the cleanliness of the room, mainly the mold/grime in the bathroom shower left me a little disappointed”

”While the place does have the bare minimum a motel should have for a stay, the rooms are filthy, the owner installed cameras at every door (which made for a lack of privacy), the sink and shower had broken valves, and the reception office was incredibly hot.”

”Smelled”

”Front desk staff were fantastically helpful to us. We had a bit of booking confusion and had ended up double booking our stay - once through the hotel directly and once through a third party. Didn't realize it until we went to check in, on a busy weekend. They cancelled their reservation for us without any hesitation or any charges, even though we were well past the free cancellation date and time. Entirely our mistake and would have been entirely within their rights to charge us and they chose...

”the room was clean but no shampoo but had conditioner and bath gel and bath soap o garbage can in the room. felt a little uncomfortable with the type of other guests staying in hotel but staff was friendly”

”The room was fine, although it had a bit of a smell. The beds were very comfortable. My biggest issue was noise. We were in town for a Lax tournament and the room above ours had unsupervised children that were banging, jumping, and screaming for hours. We endured it for roughly 2 hours before we called the front desk the first time. They said they would talk to them. No behavior changed. My husband then went down 45-60 minutes later to speak to the front desk, they offered us points, but...

”It is easy for parking”

”I always booked the jacuzzi smoking room and everytime I would get the same room but this time I was put in another room on the 2nd floor. Normally I am pretty satisfied with this facility. This time wasn't the case. The hallway leading to my room smelled like urine. The room had many bugs, I killed about 8-10 flies and there were lots of gnats or fruit flies. There were also lots of ppl hanging around. At 2 in the morning, kids were outside, ppl were arguing.”
