”It was exactly as the listing said. It was an easy little place to stay while attending a wedding at Foresthill lodge. Literally was a 1 minute walk over. ”

”The host prepared very well. An amazing amount of things that we might need to know (although not our first rodeo on VRBO/ARB places) were clearly (and nicely) labeled. A LOT of help to figure things out, although a lot that would seem obvious. The house met or exceeded our expectations. It was more ADA friendly than we planned for. The floorpan was great to expand into. We were VERY please.”

Then getting there to find that there were not as many beds as advertised and then to come home after an event to find it was SO hot upstairs that we could hardly breathe with no AC. ”The host was very welcoming and straightforward, anything that needed vhanging or raised concern they responded within a few minutes. The house was very cozy with a very modern and clean interior. Thr neighborhood is very quiet with an average distant dog here and there. It also had a centralized location to both sets of freeways. ”

”Back of the Moon home is a perfect location with easy access to everything local. Wineries, Apple Hill, Old Hangtown, and unique restaurants. The house is clean, quiet, updated, and at the same time, old Spanish style. Thank you to Kim and Seth for the lovely flowers and thoughtful note welcoming us. The house is equipped with everything we need. We have family close by, so we will stay here again for sure!!”

”Horrible …dirty throughout. Smashed bug on wall, dirty sheets on one bed no detergent to wash, extremely dirty intake vent, musky smell .. window screens damaged or had none making it hard to let fresh air in with bugs or debris coming inside home, two beds still had plastic wrap on bed. 2 night stay in morning plumbing issue backed up toilets into shower in both restrooms making it impossible for all guest to have a shower. Very odd for barely being at the house to have a plumbing issue. No...
