”Parking ok room had ants pillows on bed need to be replaced like someone let the air out of them carpet needs to be replaced. Beds weren’t that comfortable ”

”Terrible stay will never stay here again! Room didn’t have no bathroom linen. Sink had a leak from The pipe called down said someone would come up and that I could switch my room . Nobody never came up. Called next day to talk to a manager staff was very rude and just put me on hold. 0/10 do not recommend”

”Charge me for an extra night. Bunch of crooks. He told me he who credit my account.. but never did. I’ll let everyone know about the bad service, thieves and and liars.”

”The front desk staff was very rude there was trash in the can when I checked in I asked her about my room being clean She said she could locate me to a new room and if I complained again that I will have to check out. This place should be glad that they still have patrons coming through. I won't be back.”

”The odor in the room was unbearable. Cigarette smoke has permeated into the walls and furniture and was so bad for me that I spend 5 minutes in the room before leaving and never returning. I left and booked another room at a different hotel and didn’t even care for a refund.”

”Parking was ok, but that was the only good thing. Dirty sheets with hair and stains that looks like bodily fluids from the previous guests. Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. Another tenant at the property was kind enough to answer the door but expressed that they received the same mistreatment as my...

”Some doors need safety lock on it”

”This property was not worth the money paid..room smelled like body odor, had to asknfor a shower curtain, piad for parking but had to walk althe way around the hotel to get in..the bed was uncomfortable, no blanket and they charged you if you wanted extra... Overall very uncomfortable. The staff was very nice , coffee was good But i acnt believe i paid $200 for the night. Served its purpose but Wow! Never again....and i feel i deserve a refund Very disappointing 😞 ”

”Hotel was nice and clean and didn't have that funny smell like some do once in your room. Bed was comfortable after long day of driving it was easy to fall right to sleep. Staff was friendly and majority were eager to help. Easily accessible from interstate, grocery store and gas station right up the road.”
