”Plenty of space in the unit we stayed in. The place is older but very clean and comfortable. Extra towels available for our group. Plenty of places for fishing nearby and their freezer space was convenient. Will be back in the future.”

”We had a great time at this cabin. We rented the River and Bear cabin when we had family in town. Everyone had a good time. Very relaxing. There were a lot of bald eagles nearby, up to four at one point. My kids enjoyed fishing in the river. The fireplace overlooking the river was amazing, and the decks really let you relax and soak in the scenery. ”

”Excellent option for anyone needing a home base in Cooper Landing or an early morning start on the river. Two clean bedrooms and 4 beds with full kitchen and grill for a reasonable price. Amazing view of and access to the Kenai River! Only drawbacks are: road noise since you are on the busy Sterling Highway and no table inside to play games or sit everyone around for a meal. Outside picnic table is provided. Also, step up into the bedroom and bath area from the LR/kitchen is a bit hazardous...

”This place was the perfect place for solitude and family connection. The little cabin was efficient and perfectly appointed. It felt secluded, but it was just a short drive to Seward, which is fun and vibrant. I almost cried when we left and I vow to return one day. Side note: there was mention in the description of no cell service unless you have Verizon, but our Spectrum service there worked perfectly—even though you should not want to be on a phone in such a special place. ”

”This cabin seriously blew me away with the uniqueness that it was built with. The host gave us a tour of all of his custom built cabins that he has on the property and was thoughtful enough to gift us a bottle of champagne for my girlfriend’s birthday. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back again! ”

”A cozy cabin with all the essentials but running water AKA Dry. Comfortable queen bed, pull out couch and a loft with couple of coats which we did not need or used. Small fridge and microwave. Chuck had a freezer in the cabin and allowed us to store our salmon during the stay. Chuck and Dorothy were gracious in setting up a propane cook top outside and also provided a pot, pan, dishes and cutlery which were perfect for the two of us making breakfast and dinner.
