”This is a beautifully appointed little suite! It was very comfortable and had everything I needed- cozy furniture, coffee, snacks including breakfast oatmeal, toiletries, and lovely towels and linens. The walk-in shower had good water pressure and everything was very clean and fresh. I’d stay here again every chance I could! Many thanks to the hostess 😊”

”To those who might temper expectations around what an Alaska small town VRBO might look like, you would be misguided to do so with the VRBO at 1125 Cliff View Place in Seward. The place is gorgeous. It was clean and modern, offering a great view of the nearby lagoon, Seward boat harbor, and mountains of Resurrection Bay. If you are in town and in need of a place to stay, you can’t go wrong with this one.”

”This was a great location to use for day trips out of Anchorage. It was close to everything we wanted to see and felt like a home away from home. The space was very clean and adorable. Don’t let the fact that the space is above a garage. It was never an issue. Would highly recommend this location and will definitely stay here again.”

”Just needed a place to sleep for a few days. Beds were more comfy than the hotel we had to get the first night and the air mattress we were on our last night of our trip. It was freezing downstairs when we first got there. But after asking about a portable heater or something, we were told about the second thermostat in the small bedroom. So that fixed that problem quick! The place was clean. And I am picky about cleanliness, since I do clean for a living. The location was perfect for us, since...

”Great place. We had 4 couples and all had a room. Beds were nice and great pillows also. Full size washer and dryer. Easy arrival and departure.”

”My husband and I stayed at Cabin on the Lake while in town for our daughter’s dream wedding. It was minutes from restaurants and shopping in Palmer and Wasilla. The view was spectacular and the cabin was the perfect size for us. My husband dozed off on the sofa one afternoon and commented how comfortable it was. The bedroom, living room and bathroom were spacious and there was plenty of closet space as well. Haley was wonderful. Upon arriving at the airport, she texted us dining recommendations...

”Quaint cabins on wooded lot. Close to town for restaurants and shopping. Super clean easy to find. We loved having our own space to relax and unwind after a long drive.”

”Very nice place to stay. Hosts are very kind and bake-good were made and left for us during the stay. The place is the bottom floor of the hosts house, and you can hear the hosts walking around upstairs (but it wasn’t super loud). The only thing I wish they had were curtains for the windows. In the spring and summer in Alaska the sun is up most of the day and night, and not having curtains and just blinds, the apartment was very bright all the time and hard to sleep/stay asleep.”

”While the surrounding properties were typical in Fairbanks, the accommodations at North Star were great. The owners were attentive, reaching out throughout my stay, to make sure all was well. The rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. The king size bed was so welcoming and comfortable as well…I would book this bnb again, simply for the great night’s sleep. TY North Star😊”

”It was a nice quiet cabin experience. However, I was not aware the owners lived downstairs prior to renting, so that was a surprise. The place was very clean and had a really great vibe about it with all the wood paneling and taxidermy / mounted antlers and animal skins everywhere. ”
