”Room was clean, except we had to request for the air conditioner to be adjusted because we had no heat. They did exchanged the air conditioner unit but still didn't work. We chose not to move from that room because to much to move. It was only one more night. Overall it was good.”

”Canceled my reservation an hour after check-in while I was already 2.5 hours into a 3.5 hour drive for my daughter’s Nationals competition. I booked months in advance through Expedia. They claimed they were short staffed and overbooked.
