”The house was so cute! Exactly what the title says a beautiful old farm house. We loved the horses. Would definitely recommend!Only negative is the grill had a hole in the grate so we couldn't use it.”

”We had an amazing stay at this farmhouse while our sons played at Dreams Park. Three families and some sideline siblings all stayed here comfortably with plenty of room to play outside and for everyone to spread out. The house was well stocked and the owner was very responsive. This was the most updated place we could find in the area and it was well worth it!”

”It really is a charming farmhouse. It has history but they have decorated it nicely. It has comfort and style. It is the PERFECT location for Cooperstown All Star Village. Communication was excellent all the way from when I booked, checked in and checked out, checkin/checkout was smooth, the house includes everything that is needed for a week of baseball/Cooperstown or just a getaway. Traveled with 3 adults but there is plenty of room for more. ”

”This house was incredible for our stay. Our kids played at Dreams Park and this house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Furniture was nice quality, the beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, and the scenery of rural NY was breathtaking. Coupled together with a good performance by our baseball team, it really was a dream trip. If you are going to Dreams Park or are just visiting Cooperstown, this house will not disappoint. I would rank it even higher if I could. ”

”We had a wonderful visit at the Stone Cottage. We were in the area for a baseball tournament. This cottage was perfect respite for a few moms and their daughters between baseball games. The cottage is 30 minutes from Cooperstown Allstar Village. The cottage was very clean and the property well kept. ”This house was amazing! We stayed for baseball tournament in dreams park. Perfect distance to the field. House had all the bells and whistles. All we needed was food. Great job with the remodel, it's like staying in a brand new house. We definitely recommend to anyone going to Cooperstown. ”

”Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine.
