”Property was very clean, quaint and cozy. amenities like coffee and toiletries to get your day started were very helpful. Washer and dryer available (bring your own detergent). Parking on the property.Host is very nice, thoughtful, accessible and responsive. If you’re there for baseball keep in mind this location is about 10 min from Cooperstown Dreams Park and 25 min from the All Star Village.Overall a very nice place and wonderful host.”

”It was a great stay! Fitted everyone just great, the main town is about 10-15 min drive and other necessities are close, would recommend!”

”7/6/2026- This house was the perfect place to stay for our Cooperstown trip! It’s only about seven minutes from the fields, making it incredibly convenient to head back between games and relax by the pool. The home is beautifully decorated with a modern farmhouse style and was spotless—truly one of the cleanest and nicest VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, making it easy to prepare every meal without needing anything extra. The kids absolutely loved the pool...

”We had a wonderful time staying at The Farmhouse. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable and well-stocked. The perfect setup for a Colgate visit. Highly recommend!”

”Plenty of space to accommodate 7 adults and the location was perfect for our needs. Pretty setting and well maintained home.”

”If you like country, if you like rustic, and if you like mountain views that go on forever, this is the place! The wrap-around porch is wonderful! The pond is full of hungry bass ( catch and release so the next guy can catch one). The walk down to the pond can be a bit challenging as the pathway needs a bit of work. The roosters crowing in the morning, the deer grazing, and the never-ending mountain views alone are worth the price.”

”This place was beautiful. There were enough beds for all to sleep comfortably. Host provided everything you could possibly need and more when staying away from home. The hot tub was what sold us on this place and it did not disappoint. The host was very responsive and genuine when communicating. We hope to visit again and stay here in the future.”

”This farmhouse was exactly as described....rustic, with charm. It was a very nice, secluded area with the downstairs living space big enough for 8 of us.The kitchen was very updated as well as one of the bathrooms. My suggestions would be to clean up the back yard and gardens, which is very overgrown and needs some TLC. The outside of the house could also use some updates. Not all bedrooms have AC (unfortunately) and one of the showers is almost useless unless you are smaller than 5'. Perfect...

”The house was cozy and a very cute farmhouse. I loved all the beautiful scenery around the property. On the first night, we had a bonfire, and everything was already set up for us, which made it so easy and enjoyable. Our kids had a great time making s’mores. Our go-to person, Pete, was fantastic—very communicative and even stopped by to check if we needed anything. The patio was perfect for spending time with family, and the fully set up grill made it even better.”

”Everything was as expected. The host was very accommodating. Would stay again.”

”This house was the perfect place for housing 3 families during our visit to Cooperstown. It’s 15 minutes from Dreams Park, 7 minute from the Hall of Fame. House was decorated as modern farmhouse with everything you could need for your stay. Communication with the host was excellent as well. Definitely would stay again.”

”We enjoyed our stay! Mark was very helpful and the house was clean and cool during the heat wave! Thank you ”

”The property was conveniently located and close to highway. Host communication was very prompt. The stairs going to the second floor bedroom were extremely narrow and steep. The shared bathroom was within the first floor bedroom which was not ideal and should be mentioned in the description. Also numbers on the units would be helpful to know which place to enter.”

”Can’t say enough to the warmth and comfort of the experience”

”Loved the quaint little old farmhouse. The home was clean and outside views of the mountain were gorgeous. My grandson who just turned one, loved the cows and chickens we would watch the chickens from the kitchen window and dogs who guarded them We had a couple of issues with the house, but our hosts were just wonderful and resolved the issues right away, plus let us stay an extra day. They also surprised us with fresh eggs in the fridge when we arrived. Very friendly and accommodating hosts”

”The hospitality from the hosts was beyond what we expected and the property in the countryside was full of charm and very comfortable. When our travels take us back to the area, we will definitely be staying there again.”
