”Rooms were clean and housekeeping was done promptly. In terms of safety, for the most part was pretty safe but the side doors were left unlocked (did not need a key card to enter) for most of the day not sure about night. If I was on the ground floor, I would definitely be a little uncomfortable. Overall, a good affordable stay!”

The bed and pillows were comfortable, the water pressure was great, the toiletries smelled amazing and the room had all the little things I needed (iron, hairdryer, empty mini fridge). The room was well soundproofed and the blinds blocked the light from the window properly. The property was aesthetically pleasing and the staff were all lovely. I arrived late on an international flight and emailed to make sure my room was held and they...

”Hair dryer was broken plug was cracked so wouldn't work . Shower curtain rod was pulling out of the wall . Ac was very loud and clanking. Wife asked for spare hair dryer and they didn't have one . We had this same room 13 months ago with the same issues room 207”
