”Room was pretty big with a wardrobe and the location was perfect since it is located close to the motorway exit. Parking spaces were there. We had a kettle jug/ coffee/tea/milk and sugar in the room. Bed was okay and we there were towels and hand towels as well. There were two hand wash bottles inside the bathroom and I believe it can be cleaned a little bit more. 2 bed side cupboards were dusty. Wifi is not available and the receptionist mentioned that they removed the TV and they mentioned it...

”I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around .”

”Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again ”

”Beautiful and spotless hotel and rooms. 5* however, we had paid for full breakfast on both days. First days brilliant, second day not so. Waitress not very welcoming then said sorry no cooked breakfast. Issue in kitchen so only continental available. It’s not our fault and nothing we can do. There were no croissants or fresh bread to cut, just slices. One of the toasters had a notice saying only use left side and only two strawberry yoghurts were left. I had to ask for tea on three...

”The hotel in general was very good. Just personally, we had a few issues Our main issue is that the hotel. It's so big with long hallways and lots of steps, considering we have a child in a Pram and lots of luggage it was so exhausting to carry everything from the car park to walk across to the hotel. And then find your room. Its hell of a long walk with steps. When we arrived, they gave us a room on the top floor with loads of steps, and the windows barely opened. So we complained and changed...

”Lovely 2 night stay, great value via Expedia. Was in the area for a concert at Warwick Arts, visits to Kenilworth Castle and Stoneleigh and proved ideal location. Not at all snooty or stuffy like some country hotels. Clean modern bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast, pleasant walks from hotel, well equipped gym. Lots of hotels in this area, glad we chose this one.”

”Had to click on something to get to this part of the review. Never actually stayed at the hotel, but spoke to a lady called Catherine who was brilliant! We had to cancel due to family commitments, but good old Expedia wouldn’t refund as they said I was too late to do as, but I took out the cancellation cover with them which said I could cancel up to the 3/5, but they thought different. I will never use Expedia again. You need to speak to people not robots!!”

”All the hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful from arrival to departure which made for an enjoyable stay. Our room was a good size with a four poster bed and a nice view to the front of the property. The hotel public areas looked great and were well kept. Food and drink prices in the hotel and grounds a little on the high side.”
