”The owners were very attentive; they accommodated our arrival time and gave us tips about the city—they were very kind. The only thing that seemed disproportionate to me was the A/C fee—$50 per night struck me as excessive.”

”The host was very easy to communicate with. She greeted us when we arrived. She was great. The house is very beautiful inside and out, the view was amazing. It is very clean inside. The only issue is the way to the house is very difficult to get to. We drove up on a hill that had a lot of bumpy roads and a lot of garbage. Keep in mind if you stay here that once you go out, try to do all of your outings because it’s hard to go back and forth to the house.”

”Location it's good .
Host told us to stretch our legs while he ensure the room was ready and he will come look for us.
None of the 2 things happened, we waited for almost 3 hours and when we got tired of waiting we up to him he said he was waiting for us . I didn't like that .
Worse he took us to the room 201 and it wasn't even ready end up walking us to another room that he didn't ensure it was in a condition.
Shower didn't have blinds or curtains in the bathroom window , my husband was...

”My stay at The Cardiff Hotel & Spa in Runaway Bay is a true gem. The staff was warm and attentive, making me feel welcome.
Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with reliable amenities. The property was beautiful with some amazing views. We did not go into the pool, but I visited the beach and had a wonderful time in the water.
We had breakfast at the well‑kept dining area, and it was so, so delicious; the food was 10/10.
