The brand-new Villa Anatoli is the one and only villa with a private pool set directly on the golden sandy beach of Sidari, offering uninterrupted sea views and direct access both to the beach and to Sidari’s lively main strip, where dozens of shops, bars, and restaurants are literally at your doorstep. A car is absolutely not required – everything you could wish for is within walking distance. The fully air-conditioned Villa Anatoli is set over three floors, with access both from the main street and from the beach. The main accommodation occupies the first and second floors, while the pool level features a beautifully designed conservatory-style living area with large glass sliding doors. On the first floor, guests will find a spacious lounge area with a smart flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (including an osmosis filtration system for drinkable water), and a bathroom with shower. Expansive front and rear terraces provide panoramic views over the Ionian Sea or the lively Sidari main strip — the perfect spot to enjoy the world passing by. In addition to the main sofa, there is a double pull-out sofa bed, comfortably accommodating the 7th and 8th guests. The second floor hosts three elegant bedrooms: the master bedroom with sea views and a private en-suite shower room, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, attractively furnished with antique-style touches. The double and twin share a second shower room. Despite its central location, the villa’s double walls, double-glazed windows, and air conditioning throughout ensure peace and quiet whenever desired — even in the heart of Sidari’s vibrant nightlife.



On the pool level, guests will find a beautifully redesigned open living area with full-size sliding doors, blending the indoors and outdoors seamlessly. It features a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable lounge and dining area, and ambient lighting for magical evenings with family and friends. The villa’s private heated pool (6.3m x 3.3m, depth 1.45m) includes Roman steps into it, a modern waterfall feature, and beautiful night lighting. Pool heating is provided free of charge during April, May, June, September, and October. Right outside the pool terrace, the soft sandy beach of Sidari awaits you — with sun loungers reserved exclusively for Villa Anatoli guests, free of charge. An outdoor BBQ, shower, and al fresco dining area create the perfect setting for long summer nights under the stars.
