The bathroom offers a shower, towels, soap, shampoo, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi reaches speeds of up to 24 Mbps, and hot water is supplied through an electric boiler, which typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat once activated. House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, with earlier check-in possible if the apartment is ready, and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin.
